I'm a Medical Scientist with senior and laboratory management experience, who knows that medical scientists are multitalented and well educated and have increasingly complex roles. – You need business skills to actually make things happen in healthcare. After watching too many great ideas fail because of poor stakeholder management or weak project delivery, I decided to use my varied experience to bridge that gap. Breaking down silos and getting the right people on the same page, for the greater good.

My background spans both public and private healthcare sectors, from biochemistry and point-of-care testing to regulatory affairs and health services management. As a Medical Sales Specialist, I've handled everything from sales and implementation to training programs, engaging multiple stakeholders across laboratory and hospital environments. Working in POCT has given me extensive project management experience, particularly in connectivity projects and IT implementations. Training 100's of healthcare staff.

I've been invited to speak at universities, published in Pathology in Practice UK and built a consultancy that attracted 8,000+ visitors. But what I'm most proud of? Helping fellow scientists develop the practical skills that turn their expertise into real-world impact.
